Readers Festival
12:15-3:30 pm
While the main conference is open only to HNS members, on Saturday afternoon there is a Readers Festival open to the public. The Festival offers special programming for the community, including an interview and Q&A with conference Guests of Honor Geraldine Brooks and David Eberschoff. Registration is $15 in advance online or $20 at door (if space remains; cash only).

Booksigning
Pavilion Ballroom East & West
3:45-5:15 pm (free and open to the public)
Dozens of historical fiction authors will be present at the public booksigning. If you are in the area, do come and introduce yourself — I seldom get to the West Coast, and I'd love to meet you! Books will be available onsite for purchase, or just stop by to say hello.
